Do you accept OEM and ODM evening dress orders?
Yes, we fully accept OEM and ODM evening dress orders. Our factory has over 10 years of premium dress manufacturing experience. You can provide us with design sketches, high-resolution reference photos, or physical samples. We can handle 100% exact replica production based on your needs.
How can we get to know the quality before order?
We can take photos and videos to show you. Or you can do video call to check our work and details if that saves more efficiency. Beside,you can also appoint any agent to inspect our quality before order.
How can I get a sample dress? What is the sample cost?
You can request an evening dress sample by contacting our sales managers. To ensure sample quality, we do charge a sample fee. This fee is usually 2 to 3 times the regular bulk wholesale price. The sample fee will be fully refunded when your subsequent bulk order meets our minimum order quantity (MOQ).
How long does it take to make a sample evening dress?
Our standard sample production time is 7 to 10 working days. If your gown design is highly complex with premium handmade details—like intricate French beadwork, heavy embroidery, or special 3D draping—the sample creation may take 15 to 20 working days.
What is your factory's minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 30 to 50 pieces per style per color. For startup evening gown brands, fashion boutiques, or new B2B clients making a first-time order, we gladly support mixed size runs within that quantity.
What is the production lead time for bulk orders?
Our standard bulk production time is usually 30 to 45 days. This timeline begins after we receive your deposit payment and you sign off on the final pre-production (PP) sample. Please note that the peak season from June to October (for global weddings and prom events) may extend lead times to 50 or 60 days.
What size options do you offer? Can you make plus sizes?
We offer standard US sizes (US 2-26) and European sizes (EU 32-56). As a professional dress factory, we are highly experienced in making plus-size evening gowns. We can also cut and manufacture garments according to your target market’s specific custom size charts.
What fabrics do you use? How do you guarantee dress quality?
We only source high-quality satin, chiffon, lace, organza, and silk. Our factory implements a strict four-step quality control process: raw material inspection, fabric cutting checks, semi-finished sewing checks, and 100% final inspections before packaging. All sequins, pearls, and rhinestones are sewn 100% by hand to prevent falling off.
Can we use our own custom brand labels and packaging?
Yes, we offer complete private label services for your brand. We can sew your custom main brand labels and care tags into the dresses during production. We also provide custom brand hangtags, branded dust bags, and custom shipping boxes.
What payment methods do you accept? What is the payment process?
We accept Telegraphic Transfer (T/T), Letters of Credit (L/C), and Alibaba Trade Assurance. Our standard payment term requires a 30% deposit upon order confirmation to start production. The remaining 70% balance is due after bulk production passes inspection and right before shipment.
What international shipping options and trade terms do you offer?
We support various trade terms including FOB, EXW, CIF, and DDP. For small, urgent restock orders, we provide fast air express through DHL, FedEx, and UPS. For large volume orders, we offer cost-effective sea freight and rail transport, and we will assist you with export customs clearance.
